Scott serves as PMD Advisory Services LLC Manager of Affordable Housing and Economic Development, and brings over 23 years of experience as a consultant in market feasibility analysis and pre- development financial packaging for all sectors of the housing and commercial development. Scott is responsible for market studies, affordable housing market research (for-sale and rental), and site selection/funding availability for affordable housing. Scott is actively involved at the regional and state level for pre-application for leveraged financing, and has worked with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (4% and 9%), Hope VI, HUD 202, and is an NSP Technical Assistance Provider for the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC).
Scott graduated from Centre College, Danville Kentucky, BA Economics and Management. Scott has also been a Realtor (1985-2007), obtaining the Counselor of Real Estate (1997-2004), and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. In addition, he also obtained two (2) copyrights: The Importance of a Feasibility Analysis in Today’s Marketplace (February 1988, TX 2-261-411) and Neighborhood Indicator Project (February 2003, TX 5-696-317).
